BBC Motorcycle Rental Terms

General

Price per day (24 hrs): $180.00
Limited miles included per day (24 hrs): 300 miles
Additional miles charge: $.30/mile.
Min. Number of days required for booking: 1 day
Rental Insurance per day (24 hrs): $25
Damage Deposit, refundable: $1500
NOTE: During biking events and holiday weekends the rental rates may increase.

Rental Requirements

Must be at least 25 years old.
Must have valid motorcycle endorsement from state or country of permanent residence.
1 year of riding experience.
Must have major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or Discovery.
$1,500 security Damage Deposit authorized on your credit card at pickup. The deposit is held and upon return of an undamaged motorcycle, with no citations, the deposit is released within 7-10 business days.
$25.00 per day MANDATORY insurance, which includes comprehensive, collision, liability and medical insurance. Additional Supplement Liability Insurance (SLI) is included. Insurance coverage is valid for a 24 hour period of time only. Therefore, you must return the motorcycle on time. In an effort to keep our customers protected, Badboyscustom reserves the right to insure you for an additional day if you are late. The additional charges will be added to your contract.
Passengers MUST be present at time of rental to sign a release of liability.

What's Included

Limited mileage on a Harley Davidson and Honda Touring Motorcycles (300 miles/day then $0.30 per mile thereafter).
Use of vehicle for 24 hour period.
Motorcycle cover.
Helmet that meets DOT specifications for passenger and rider.
Secure, ample short-term luggage storage is provided at the rental location for you to store your belongings while on the road.

What's Not Included

TAXES. Renter will pay all sales, use, rental, and exercise taxes, including tax-related surcharges, related to the motorcycle.
FUEL. Badboyscustom claims no responsibility for motorcycle fuel consumption and mileage. Charge of $25 fuel fee will apply to your contract if not purchased and/or vehicle needs refueling.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

NOTE: The rental period is not interrupted due to damage to the motorcycle or the inability of the participant to ride the motorcycle. During the rental period, Badboyscustom Cycles is not obligated to replace a damaged motorcycle.

All coverage and waivers are subject to the express terms of the rental contract and do not include coverage for personal property, or damage as the result of negligence on the part of the renter for illegal use of motorcycle or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. RENTAL RULES MUST BE COMPLIED AT ALL TIME.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are recommended.
$100 Rent Secure Deposit required at the time of the reservation.
All credit card reversals are subject to $30.00 USD administration fee.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours of scheduled pick up time or renter will forfeit their deposit.
No Shows: If the renter does not pick up their reserved bike by 2 hours past the reservation pick-up time, the bike may be rented to another person and a $100 USD cancellation fee will be charged. During biking events and holiday weekends, a minimum charge of $200 USD will apply for each bike reserved. In case of a customer canceling his/her booking after conformation, Badboyscustom Rentals reserve the right to withhold the

Motorcycle returned more than 1 (one) hour after scheduled rental time is subject to late fee of $25 USD per hour.
No refund of the Rent Secure Deposit without 2 days or 48 hours notice.
No refund of the Rent Secure Deposit without 5 days or 120 hours notice during Rally Week (rally days only).
$100 USD No Show Fee will apply to renter contract if the renter does not pick up their reserved motorcycle by 2 hours past the reservation pick-up time.
$200 USD No Show Fee during Rally Week will apply to renter contract if the renter does not pick up their reserved motorcycle by 2 hours past scheduled time.
No credit or refunds for early returns or undesirable weather conditions.
No refunds for early returns, unused portion of rental, late pick-ups or undesirable weather conditions.
$100 USD fee will apply to rescheduling dates or times within 1 day or 24 hours notice.

Special Offers and Discounts

Free Rental with motorcycle purchase. Rental fee will be applied against purchase of the similar value vehicle within 6 month period.
20% discount of the rental fee for Active Duty Military and Wounded Warrior. Not valid with any other offer or special events.
Weekly Rental discounts. Take 10% off the rental fee when you rent motorcycle for a week (7 days or 168 hours) or more. Not valid with any other offer or special events.
