Originally California Sidecar envisioned the CUSTOM as a complete turnkey trike kit, optioned out with the very best after market accessories available in the industry today. Named the Custom ST, we believe this top of the line configuration will be the model of choice for most consumers. However, recognizing that everyone has different tastes and budgets, CSC have made it available as a "Design Your Own" CUSTOM Kit, providing you the ability to pick and choose preferences such as accessories and paint schemes. FEATURES
SUSPENSION
Hands down, the most innovative suspension engineering design on the market! Based on Indy car technology, the CUSTOM features a vertically stabilized opposing rocker mono shock independent suspension, plus:
- Purpose designed QA1 shock for the Opposing Rocker arm system
- QA1 250Lb. linear wound racing spring designed to accommodate a loaded weight of up to 650lbs. inclusive of accessories, luggage, and passengers. (Lighter spring weights available)
- Optional preload adjuster for simple spring preload adjustment to compensate for varying loads
DRIVETRAIN
- Twin reduction jackshaft belt drive
- Sprockets – 8620 gas carburized sprockets with new transmission sprocket.
- Belts – Twin reduction jackshaft with 90mm Gates pergormance belt kit.
DISC BRAKE SYSTEM
Outstanding braking performance is supplied by the standard Varga calipers, 11.5” purpose designed rotors, and braided stainless steel brake lines throughout. To add even more style and performance, check out the Performance Brake Upgrade.
SUPERIOR STYLING & FINISH
In typical California Sidecar Trike fashion, they’ve crafted a body with an aggressive, sleek style that perfectly complements the style of the Harley Davidson. The body is equipped with custom tombstone LED taillights that incorporate the brake, running and turn signal lights into one cool chrome unit. Also standard are the rear chrome trim accent strips and 4 LED auxiliary running lights to increase visibility. Each painted body comes with the finest finish in the business. CSC in-house fiberglass and paint departments insure the highest degree of quality control and the color match capability is unsurpassed. Bodies are wet sanded and then polished in a two-step process to achieve the amazing paint finish that we demand.
BOLT-ON INSTALLATION
All California Sidecar Trike conversions are completely bolt-on kits. No welding required.
WARRANTY
3 year/50,000 mile limited warranty includes parts and labor on material and workmanship defects. Inquire with Badboyscustom or California Sidecar for specific terms of the warranty.
