New upper and lower triple clamps cast from high grade aluminum alloy A206, with a yield strength of 85,000 lbs.
Fork tubes machined from 4310 chomemoly aircraft quality alloy steel heat treated to a tensile strength of between 100,000-125,000 PSI, well exceeding OEM tubes.
Fork tubes are ground and polished to a high gloss, then nickel plated, hard chromed and then finally, cylindrically ground to create an optimum sealing surface and roundness. Internal dimensions are identical to OEM tubes, allowing the use of all aftermarket damping accessories.
Machined steering stem with new lower bearing and seal
double glycor bushings increase bearing surface for the fork lower to maintain a more linear function
How Does Power Trak™ work?

AUXILIARY FUEL TANK

Go farther! Custom engineered, and carefully constructed of Crosslink Polyethylene, the tank features a 5 gallon capacity that gravity feeds fuel to the main tank. Plus, our Auxiliary Fuel Tank is the only one on the market that is mounted completely within the OEM motorcycle frame. Available for Sport and Tour models.
CHROME EXHAUST EXTANSIONS
These custom made triple turndowns are constructed of the best steel and feature beautiful chrome plating. Available for Sport, Valkyrie, and Valkyrie Interstate models.
CHROME WHEEL WELL TRIM
Genuine chrome fender trim "eyebrows", custom tailored to the California Side Car Sport, Valkyrie and Valkyrie Interstate Trike kits. The quality is the same as that of high end import autos such as BMW and Mercedes. They're set in rubber molding for an unparalleled accent feature.
STONEGUARD FENDER KIT

Protect the paint finish on the leading edge of your trike's fenders against rock chips and passenger heel scuff marks with a custom-cut four piece kit of 80 mil clear urethane film. When applied at our factory, the kit comes with StoneGuard's 3-year limited warranty covering the repair of the trike's finish in the protected areas. Available for Sport model.
